Position OverviewZonda Home is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Assistant to support basic financial and administrative tasks related to invoices and records. In this role, you will assist with reviewing, entering, and organizing invoice information to ensure accuracy and proper tracking.
This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who are comfortable working with numbers and documents. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and able to follow structured processes.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process incoming invoices
- Enter invoice data into company systems
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized digital records of invoices
- Assist with tracking payments and invoice status
- Report any discrepancies or missing information
- Follow company procedures for invoice handling
- Basic computer skills, including typing, email, and spreadsheets
- Comfort working with numbers and financial data
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and home workspace
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
