About the RoleWe are looking for a calm, patient, and reliable Driver Support Agent to assist with communication and coordination between drivers and internal teams. In this role, you will help ensure updates are shared clearly, issues are resolved quickly, and daily operations run smoothly.
This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Training will be provided. The role is mainly focused on communication, tracking updates, and helping resolve simple issues related to schedules and delivery coordination.
This is a remote position, so you will work from home and stay connected with drivers and the support team through phone, chat, and email.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions
- Assist with tracking schedules and delivery status
- Help resolve basic issues and report delays
- Record and update trip or delivery information
- Support coordination between drivers and internal teams
- Ensure clear and timely communication
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, internet use
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and professional
- Strong attention to detail
