About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and organized Service Coordinator to support daily service operations. In this role, you will help schedule tasks, track updates, and make sure communication between teams stays clear and consistent.
This is an entry level position. No experience is required. Training will be provided. The role is focused on coordination, organization, and making sure tasks are completed on time.
This is a remote position, so you will work from home and stay connected with the team through online tools.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate service tasks and requests
- Track progress and provide updates to the team
- Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed
- Maintain records and update service logs
- Assist with organizing daily operations
- Report delays or issues when needed
- Basic computer skills, typing, email, internet use
- Good communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently
