Position Overview

Zonda Home is seeking a professional and dependable Customer Support Specialist to assist clients with general inquiries and support requests. In this role, you will communicate with customers through chat, email, and phone, helping to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals who enjoy helping others and can communicate clearly. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate is patient, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone
  • Provide accurate information about services and data
  • Assist customers with basic issues and support requests
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team
  • Maintain records of customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements
