Job Description

Property Associate
Anderson Sinclair Barristers & Solicitors in Kentville has an immediate opening for a Property Associate to join our busy multi-practice Law Firm.

Areas of Focus:
• Purchasing and Selling used residential, new home construction, condominiums, and vacant land;
• Financing and Refinancing used residential and condominiums;
• Migrations and Easements;
• Subdivisions and Developments; and
• Transfers of Real Property.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Be a member in good standing with the Nova Scotia Barristers Society;
• Ability to work independently and under the direction of senior legal professionals;
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and attract new clients;.
• We invite new calls and Lawyers with up to three years experience.

Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
