Tenstorrent is looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team. This is a work-from-home position where you will support customers by answering questions, solving basic issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
This role is suitable for beginners. No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
What You Will DoAs a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for helping customers in a professional and friendly manner. Your daily tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone
- Assisting with account, service, or product-related questions
- Troubleshooting basic issues using provided guidelines
- Logging and updating customer interaction records
- Following step-by-step support procedures
- Escalating complex cases to senior support teams
- Ensuring customers receive clear and helpful responses

- Basic computer knowledge (email, typing, online tools)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
