Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable, self-directed Senior Analyst to join the Performance Intelligence & Reporting function within the Advice Center Performance Team who thrives in executive-facing, high-accountability environments. This role owns critical BAU and executive performance reporting and operates in a fast-moving context where accuracy, judgment, and clarity under pressure are essential.

Job Details:
  • Turn data, concepts, and research into compelling presentations; including graphs, tables, and other visualizations to simplify storytelling while driving key messaging through a human centered design philosophy (create engaging material to communicate complex information).
  • Create engaging visualizations using dashboards, bars, lines, pies, maps, scatter plots, Gantts, bubbles, histograms, heat maps and highlight table to draw insightful conclusions.
  • Apply strong storytelling discipline to move beyond "what happened" to "why it matters" and "what to do next."
  • Manage concurrent BAU reporting cycles and ad-hoc executive requests, applying sound judgment to prioritize, negotiate timelines where appropriate, and deliver consistently high-quality outputs without loss of accuracy.
  • Work with partners to develop new reports, improve existing reports, centralize data and support manual reporting and our journey to automation.
  • Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations and prepare final presentations on findings to various business partners and/or leaders.

Eligibility:

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Banking or Insurance.

Required:
  • Advanced to Expert proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Sound to Expert knowledge of Business Casing, e.g. for Hiring/Expense approval, Process Changes, Product Improvements, etc.
  • A self-starter and team player who is comfortable under pressure and requires minimal supervision, delivering top quality work in a fast-paced environment with frequently moving targets and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated confidence and professionalism interacting with senior executive audiences, including the ability to explain complex insights clearly, respond to challenge, and adjust messaging in real time.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; adept at report writing, and a knack for crafting executive speaking notes with a compelling and logical flow.
  • Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities, including compiling, structuring, examining, and interpreting complex data with precision and thoroughness to draw meaningful conclusions that help guide strategic conversations or provide sound recommendations to business leaders.
