SENIOR MANAGER, ACQUISITION: ATLANTIC CANADA NETWORK UPLIFT AND SERVICE EXPANSION

This role will be directly hired in Atlantic Canada and work very closely with the Director, Connected Home Marketing Atlantic Canada to drive successful Service Expansion business outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Director, Service Expansion Program Delivery, among other duties, the key responsibility for this role is ownership of leads programs and translation of leads into new customers for network uplift and expansion areas.

What you will be doing:
  • Define and take ownership of the leads strategy for network uplift and expansion programs in Atlantic Canada including collection, assignment, and analysis of leads performance across various programs and channels.
  • Work closely with network, tech operations, customer relationship management and other cross functional teams to accurately aggregate and manage leads.
  • Drive revenue and new customer acquisition by developing and owning key leads programs such as new market lead generation and capture, referrals, community events, digital and others.
  • Continue to find new ways to find and generate leads.
  • Play a key role in working with marketing and channel teams to deploy leads programs, strategically manage leads, glean insights and results, and optimize as required.
  • Establish key performance indicators for leads acquisition programs and own regular monitoring and reporting of overall results and key program performance.
  • Support other marketing programs as required.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Atlantic Canada. Maintain a "customer first" lens when planning and executing programs - ensure we do the right thing for both the customers and the business.
  • Analyze and develop insights from data that will lead to successful Atlantic marketing plans.


What you bring:

  • University degree in Business (undergraduate or MBA) strongly preferred
  • 5+ years marketing (planning and execution) experience with large organizations preferred.
  • Ateam player, able to work in a heavily matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to ask the right questions, review data, and translate insight into action.
  • Self-starter and proactive in nature, with ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, either face-to-face or remotely.
  • Expert proficiency at Microsoft 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
  • Experience in and a passion for residential services and/or telecommunications an asset.
  • Solid interpersonal skills with ability to bring strategic relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of Atlantic telecom market.
  • Living in Atlantic Canada is a requirement.
