Our Enterprise Solutions, Oracle team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.

Building on the success of our practice, we are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our Advisory team as a Senior Consultant working in our Management Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, Oracle practice.

What you will do
  • Previous experience in integrations for Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to provide guidance on Oracle Integration best practices.
  • Use various tools to integrate to and from Oracle Cloud
  • Provide clear communication while facilitating client workshops; understand their business and technology to gather, review, and document client requirements.
  • Analyze gaps between clients' functional requirements and system capabilities to propose technology solutions as it relates to integrations and appropriate workarounds.
  • Design and implement business-led, technology-enabled transformations that drive Financial (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
  • Develop and deploy configurations, as well as undergo technical activities relating to data conversions, integrations, security maintenance, etc.
What you bring to the role
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required for roles in Oracle Cloud Technical Development and Integrations. Advanced degrees or certifications in Oracle technologies are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in working in a team, Oracle Cloud Data Conversion administration, configuration, or technical support roles is highly desirable. This includes proficiency with all modules in Oracle Cloud.
  • 1-2 years of Oracle ERP experience focused on Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
  • Prior experience technical development, administration, configuration, or technical support roles is highly desirable. This includes proficiency with Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Infrastructure, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Previous experience using best practices for cloud integration.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting project objectives.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver data conversion solutions aligned with project objectives.
  • Solid organizational skills with capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Good team player with the ability to manage conflict.
  • Commitment to continuous learning - staying updated on Oracle technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of data.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate technical concepts, engage with stakeholders, and provide updates.
  • Fluency in English is required (French is an asset).
