Job Skills / Requirements

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Under the general direction of the Management Team, this key position is responsible for the continued development of the Paladin Security Group scheduling program, and associated processes. This position ensures a lifeline between Paladin and its varied customers by ensuring that the deployment of our security officers matches their contractual requirements.

TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, update and modify work schedules for Security Officers within Paladin Security.
Work within a team oriented environment to assure that all scheduling needs are met.
The Scheduling coordinator ensures all data is up to date in Team software; so billing information and payroll information is free of errors.
Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule.
Maintain organized filing system of all scheduling documentation (completed, pending, canceled requests, etc.)
Ensure constant awareness of incoming electronic faxes.
Coordinate with Client Service Managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.
Strategically plan schedules to ensure effective use of resources and minimal unnecessary overtime.
Provide information to staff as requested regarding additional shifts, vacation requests, last minute book-offs, and shift availability.
Respond to public inquires with a high level of professionalism
Direct calls to appropriate employees; maintain phone lists and filing systems.
Provide administrative support to the Paladin management team and the Office Administrator as required
Perform various other duties as needed.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED
