Location: Vancouver, BC
Expected Start Date: 6 January 2025
Contract Duration: 8 months
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-time)
Are you looking for some real-world project management experience and a chance to make an impact on over 50,000 people around the world? If so, we would love for you to join the Strategic Programs and Events team as a Project Management and Event Operations intern.
Our team is responsible for organizing the largest annual kickoff events internally within SAP, which play a key role in strategy rollout and engagement. Our internal audience is based in more than 21 locations around the world, including Germany, China, India, France, Brazil, the US, and Canada.

- Lack of info does not bother you; you are not afraid to ask questions or find the info you need to do your work
- You have good hosting, presentation, and speaking skills, and are able to take the lead in meetings
- You have good writing skills and communicate well via email and MS Teams
- You are versatile and are comfortable juggling different types of tasks
- You have excellent MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Outlook skills
- You don't mind participating in early morning meetings from time to time
- You have some project management experience (through work or school activities) or have learned the basic principles
- Bonus: You have some experience creating graphics and videos
