Position Summary
Bring your project management, creative problem solving and team leadership expertise to this exciting role with our Administration team.

The Project Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects or initiatives within the NI Rural Service Delivery area expressly assigned by the Senior Operating Officer (SOO). The incumbent provides expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to various projects. The incumbent resolves operational issues for projects in adherence with guidelines set by the SOO and serves as a principle point of contact for all members of the project team, enabling performance improvement and excellence in care and service. The Project Implementation Lead coordinates Care Process Coach resources in a manner that ensures both community level support and project level expertise for the NI HSDA in assigned areas.

The Lead analyzes interdependencies and timing of projects across the NI Rural and assesses the impact of the projects on other areas within the NI Rural HSDA and across Northern Health. The Lead assists with planning, implementation and monitoring of project outcomes and works closely with the SOO and the Care Process Coach project team to address the impact of any change to ensure an effective and efficient transition.

Starting salary will be approximately from $106,026 to $132,533 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.

This position is flexible to the Northern Interior Rural Northern Health region. Explore these communities northern communities.

Qualfications
• Completion of a Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressive experience, including at a strategic leadership level, in a large, complex unionized environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Skills and Abilities:
• Broad knowledge of project design, methodologies, and developing and managing project strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to focus on and achieve results.
• Demonstrated analytical problem solving to develop progressive, creative and innovative solutions.
• Working knowledge of human resource policies and practices, related legislation and applicable collective agreements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to present and prepare concise analyses, reports and recommendations and to consult with individuals at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of complex systems and skill in bridging issues amongst stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
