Job Skills / Requirements
The Operators are responsible for managing a variety of tasks such as incoming calls from the officers in the field, book offs, transfers etc. Operators will also be responsible for handing administration work in relation to our scheduling software such as job building, sign in sheets and more. Operators will also be speaking directly, at times, with Paladin' clients and troubleshooting issues and providing excellent customer service. We currently have 1 position available. Working Hours: 9am-9pm Continental Rotation

Duties and Responsibilities- Managing incoming calls to the department regarding book offs and more
- Providing superior customer service
- Manage a variety of administrative duties such as sign-in sheets, responsibilities within the scheduling software, and sending updates
- Excellent communication with Paladin field staff and, at times, clients
- Will step in, in critical situations to assist the Atlantic Operations Team when needed
- At times will be requested to dispatch mobile patrol
Qualifications- Fluent in English to be able to give adequate, clear, and concise directions
- Confident and capable of remaining composed under pressure of emergency situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under team setting
- Must be able to demonstrate high customer service skills
- Scheduling and security experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma/GED
