We are currently looking for an Online Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be working directly with our Online Sales team. You would need to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations. You would be expected to support all store operational duties, and to learn and understand the products and services we offer. Job Requirements

Engage with customers via email, online chat, and phone calls to help answer their questions and solve any problems they might encounter with their online orders.
