Job Skills / Requirements
Typical duties include:
Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment Monitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports for daily occurrences Receive and record all telephone calls, respond to the situation reported as it is warranted, provide required information and/or directions
Review and collect video evidence to assist with preliminary investigations Perform other duties as assigned
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Capable of performing under minimal supervision Ability to excel in a team environment Ability to coordinate and function in high-energy and stressful environment Strong administrative and computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle private information with a high amount of discretion Advanced report writing skills Previous security experience or education related to the field is considered an asset
