As a Learning Specialist you will be responsible for the overall curriculum and delivery of training clinical staff on our TELUS EMR Software. You will work closely with our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Implementation Project Manager providing clinic assessments and training plans required to ensure a smooth transition to a TELUS EMR Software.

•You will deliver training events and learning solutions using all mediums (in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, blended)
•You will contribute to the design of training events and learning solutions
•You will coach and train colleagues and other internal staff
•You will maintain training materials to ensure documentation is current and relevant given market changes and evolution
•You will track and manage performance during the delivery of training
•You will follow standard evaluation and measurement process/protocol to assess comprehension and adoption of knowledge
•You have the ability to travel on short notice up to 80% of the time
•You will perform IT assessments at clinics to ensure hardware/software meet minimum requirements As a Trusted Partner:
•You will collaborate with stakeholders and partners to develop learning solutions that align business needs with training objectives
•You will ensure adherence to TELUS policies and procedures Qualifications:You're the missing piece of the puzzle
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Employ appropriate learning methodologies to design or update learning products and solutions which meet the needs of the stakeholder
•Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to design or update learning programs that align business needs with training objectives
•Recommend and implement enhancements to learning solutions to ensure constant improvements
•Work as a team to continue improving curriculum delivery Required Experience:
•Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience
•Experience working in the healthcare industry is considered an asset
