Our client is a reputable technology company with operations across Canada. They are well-established and work with a variety of high-profile customers and partners. The company is very values-based and puts an emphasis on giving back time, money, and services to the local communities in which they work. 

What- the Role: 

Our client is seeking a new Implementation Specialist for the HRIS portfolio of their business. This is a net-new headcount due to establishing new clients and continued growth and success of the company. 
The Specialist will manage several client projects at once and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget project delivery. The Specialist will be the liaison between the clients, the internal technology team, and the internal sales team. The projects will primarily involve the implementation of new HRIS and CPM solutions for small and midsize companies across Canada. The Specialist will collaborate with the team to analyze, assess, design, document, configure, and validate in the lead up to delivery of software solutions for diverse clients (both existing clients and brand new clients), from demo stage right through to implementation execution and go-live. This is a well-rounded role involving a mix of project coordination, business communication, task execution, strategic planning, customer service, and cross-departmental partnership. 

Who- the Candidate:  

We are looking for a Human Resources professional, or perhaps a Payroll and/or Accounting professional, who has experience with at least 2 implementations of an HRIS, HCM, and/or CPM system. Experience working in consulting firm with a varied portfolio of clients is preferred, although individuals who have in-house implementation experience and who are very interested in this type of opportunity will also be very seriously considered. 
The more diverse the HR/Payroll/Total Rewards/Accounting & Finance/CPM/Budgeting/Applicant Tracking systems exposure, the better! For example, candidates may have worked on implementations of Workday, Sage, Bamboo HR, Ultimate Software, SAP SuccessFactors, Zenefits, Oracle HCM, Greenhouse, Criterion, etc. Our client only implements a couple software solutions, but appreciate the best practices and transferable skills that will come from implementation projects of a variety of types and sizes. 
In addition to the technical experience, candidates will be excellent business communicators (written, verbal, non-verbal) with outstanding organizational, time management, and relationship building skills. 
Some form of relevant post-secondary education is required, pertaining to business administration, HR, information systems, accounting, etc. 


The Specialist can be based anywhere in Canada! Currently most employees are working remotely from home due to physical distancing. Longer-term, there are a few offices in main cities in Canada this employee can be based out of, or they can continue to work full-time from home. When travel opens up again, there will likely be occasional business travel involved in this role, but not very much. 

How Much:
