As a Field Adjuster, your curious nature is key to investigating and settling property and casualty insurance claims. Throughout the process, you take care of your clients with open lines of communication and exceptional service.

Why we'll love You:

• Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong background in commercial and personal property insurance with a working knowledge of building construction and restoration practices
• A minimum of eight years of multi-line adjusting experience along with at least five years of field work in property claims adjudication
• Insurance Broker Level 2 license and/ or CIP designation

Once here, you'll:

• Investigate insurance claims with insureds, third parties and other related parties to obtain facts and information
• Research facts, policy coverages, expert reports and case law to make decisions based on coverage, claim value and settlements
• Ensure best practices are being followed for property restoration on time and on budget
• Collaborate with other claim-related experts such as Engineers and Legal Counsel
