Amazon is looking for an outgoing and fun individual to join a great company as a customer service representative. We are looking for someone who is energetic and really enjoys talking to and helping people out. You should be customer focused, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast pace environment efficiently.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities:

Responding to all inbound calls as they come in
Making outbound calls as needed
Creating and maintain customer accounts
Direct customer to the correct department as needed

Customer Service requirements:

Able to handle high call volumes
Knowledge using a multiline phone system
Proficient in Microsoft office products
Detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
