Job Description:

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative In this role, you will field calls, emails, and chat requests from customers who have questions, comments, or complaints about our products and services. You will also assist customers in placing orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers
  • Answer questions or handle complaints from customers
  • Field phone calls, emails, and chat requests.
  • Provide information to customers about order status and product queries.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.


  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
