GNF is looking for an individual who has a knack in providing excellent customer service. This individual will be responsible for providing all round service to customers. The individual is inquisitive and enjoys problem solving and will not settle for less until the issue is solved. Happy and satisfied customers are your number 1 priority! Your responsibilities are including but not limited to providing 24/7 support in customer service issues, logistics coverage, call center, and demo.In this role, you will need to understand all products offered and specification to support technical inquiries. You will provide training to the team, including the sales team and customers, as well as field support for troubleshooting. When it comes to troubleshooting, your task will include diagnosing failures and propose for repairs or replacement. You will also lead and collaborate for continuous improvement projects in your department.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Science, or equivalent. You have at least 5 years’ experience in customer service management. You have well rounded knowledge and experience in IT or electrical engineering. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are an excellent presenter and have great customer service skills. On top of that, you are a natural leader and is able to lead the team to an exponential growth. You enjoy working in a dynamic team and have great management skills. You are willing to work outside business hours.
