This is a part time and full time, hourly position paid WEEKLY! Hourly pay starting at $18.00 to 35.00/hr with incentive opportunities for excellent performance! And...YOU WILL WORK FROM HOME!!!

The perfect Beldon Customer Service Representative will possess the following qualities:

  • Highly organized, efficient and works well with a TEAM
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening
  • A personal computer and dedicated workspace allowing you to focus on the customer experience
  • Reliable internet service able to pass a quality connection test
  • Proficient in Typing (min 40 wpm w/no errors) & Google Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, etc
  • Experience with SalesForce recommended
  • Work independently able to manage time effectively and appropriately
  • Excellent navigation skills between multiple programs

The Customer Service Representative job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Interact with prospects in a blended call center environment
  • Successfully secure and accurately schedule appointments for in home demonstrations
  • Identify & overcome customer objections and request more information for appointments, as needed
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and respectfully
  • Ability to multitask across different communication platforms
