An opportunity to apply your strategic planning and human resources skillsThe Corporate Services Division (CSD) provides expert leadership, direction, governance, and support services with respect to financial management, strategic human resources, corporate projects, strategic and business planning, enterprise risk management, facilities management and security to the Ministry of Citizens' Services (more than 2,200 employees working in 65 communities).
Strategic Human Resources Branch provides ministry-wide direction and consultation to clients, ensuring alignment of human resources and organizational development strategies to the ministry business priorities and goals. The position provides strategic advice and consultation on the development of learning and leadership development components of the Ministry's Workforce Plan, organizational development, and implementation of corporate-wide learning and leadership development programs and initiatives. Reporting to the Director of People Development, this position is responsible for addressing strategic leadership development needs of the organization through the assessment, analysis, design, development and implementation of strategies/initiatives/programs to meet the business and work environment priorities and goals.

Job Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below: - Bachelor's Degree in leadership, corporate learning, organizational development or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience leading the development and implementation of leadership development strategies and programs.
- Minimum of two (2) years program evaluation methods and tools.
- Minimum two (2) years project management experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience establishing collaborative relationships with executive or senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in procurement and contractor negotiation.
Experience may be obtained through paid or volunteer work.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following: - Master's degree in Adult Education or Leadership.
- Coaching/Workplace coaching training and experience.
- Current certification as a practitioner for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator or other psychometric evaluation tool.
