Accountable for developing and managing the strategic account strategy ranging from small single to large Health Provider accounts. This position will be responsible for developing and driving the account strategy and building strategic relationships with executive level customers, including healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.What YOU Get to Do...
•Cold calling prospective Healthcare Providers (Physicians, Specialists and Nurse Practitioners) and promoting and selling TELUS Health Integrated solutions
•Understanding current and prospective customers' communication needs, business issues, and buying motives
•Owning executive level client relationships, strategic business planning and service delivery
•Negotiation & entering into contractual agreements in accordance with TELUS' policy and procedures
•Providing accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene, target/objective updates to deliver on all territory plans and team annual targets using tools including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and other Industry software
•Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by leading the account team to drive real and long standing business value

•Ensures appropriate balance of prospecting, qualification and closing activity documented via Salesforce.com
•300% funnel coverage at all times and 100%+ forecasting accuracy, including adherence to PSO sales methodology
•Effectively negotiates contract commitments internally and externally using influence and persuasion techniques to increase sales revenue, achieve better margins and achieve improved, more trusted customer relationships
•Engaging the Customer:
•Genuine and authentic customer advocate, who takes accountability and manages customer expectations
•Communicates with customer based on business case principles including articulating the business rationale and return associated with investing time, money and human capital
•Have experience in selling Healthcare IT solutions
•Understanding Medical Clinic Workflow and documentation process will be considered a strong asset
•Grit and determination
•Ability to work with limited supervision
•Willingness to travel extensively Required Experience:
•University Degree with 3-5 years' experience
